1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Information you provide about your pet, such as species, breed, age, weight, and selected signs or symptoms.
• Care-plan and caregiver-sharing information you choose to provide, such as feeding, walking, bathroom and medication schedules, emergency contacts, caregiver instructions, and household or access instructions.
• Your ZIP code or approximate location when you use the feature to find nearby veterinary services.
• Basic website and device information collected when you use CalmiMind.
• Limited payment and transaction information provided by Stripe. CalmiMind does not store your complete payment-card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Personalize your pet’s profile and checklist experience.
• Generate checklist results based on the signs you select.
• Save your pet information and checklist history.
• Help you find nearby veterinary services.
• Process your monthly or annual CalmiMind Membership and any additional-pet charges, including renewals.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain and improve CalmiMind.
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising, as described in “Third-Party Services” below.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the CalmiMind experience.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your information may be stored on your device or in cloud infrastructure used to operate CalmiMind.

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no website, application, or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account and pet information may remain available for as long as your CalmiMind account remains active to support your membership, unless you request deletion. To request deletion of your account and pet data, email support@calmimind.com.

5. Complimentary Advertising Offers

CalmiMind may provide a one-time complimentary feature through a feature-specific advertising link. A visitor may use the complimentary feature without creating an account, signing in, providing an email address, or entering payment information.

Information entered while creating a complimentary care plan is processed temporarily in the visitor’s browser. Pet details, routine answers, caregiver instructions, and completed care-plan content are not saved to a CalmiMind account or stored in CalmiMind’s server-side database. The temporary guest draft is removed when the plan is completed, and the displayed result is no longer available after the visitor leaves or refreshes the page.

To operate and measure the complimentary offer, CalmiMind may record the offer and advertising campaign identifiers and limited events such as the offer being opened, started, completed, or a sharing option being selected. These records do not include the completed care plan, pet-care answers, message contents, recipient information, phone numbers, or email addresses.

CalmiMind may use a first-party cookie and a local browser marker to recognize that the complimentary use has been completed. The completed-use marker may remain for up to 12 months. A separate advertising-attribution cookie may remain for up to 30 days.

For security and abuse prevention, limited network and browser signals may be processed and stored only in hashed form. Raw network addresses and user-agent values are not retained. Hashed abuse-prevention signals are deleted within 30 days. Offer and campaign event records without plan content may be retained for up to 12 months, and aggregated, non-identifying campaign totals may be retained for business analytics.

No pet details, care routines, caregiver instructions, or completed care-plan content from the complimentary offer are shared with Meta or other advertising platforms.

6. Third-Party Services

CalmiMind may use third-party services to provide certain features, including:

• Stripe for secure payment processing.
• Google Maps to help locate nearby veterinary services.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement, through the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API.
• Analytics services to understand website use and improve performance.

These services have their own privacy policies and may process information according to their terms. CalmiMind shares information with these providers only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the requested services.

Advertising measurement in more detail: the Meta Pixel loads only on our marketing and payment pages — never on pages about your pet’s health, such as symptom checklists, results, or care sharing. When you make a purchase, we share a limited record of that transaction with Meta (the amount paid, the fact that a purchase occurred, and a cryptographically hashed version of your email address) so we can measure whether our advertising leads to memberships. We never share your pet’s health information, checklist answers, or care routines with Meta.

7. Children’s Privacy

CalmiMind is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take reasonable steps to remove it.
